Chiller Assembly
After the purchased water cooling chiller device, it must be installed and commissioned, that is, the first start-up process must be performed. For this, our expert technical service team must decide where the chiller device should be placed.

Firstly, the technical team will pay attention to the following points:
- For what purpose the water to be cooled is intended to be used
- What will be the amount of water
- Whether the device is to be kept indoors or outdoors
- Whether the sound emitted by the device during operation is significant by the facility
First of all, the chiller device should not stand in too narrow spaces, whether it is in an open or closed area, the pressure inside the device is blown out with the help of a fan, if the area where the device stands is too narrow or covered, the air will not be easily thrown out, it will come back and make the device work under too much pressure. This means that the chiller device will operate under too much pressure and will enter high pressure in a short time. This causes it to fail to provide the required cooling and consumes a lot of energy.
Chiller cooling device is preferred to be positioned in open, comfortable, non-humid and dust-free places.
Chiller System Installation Phase
Large capacity chiller devices are mostly desired to be placed outdoors by users, due to the large size of the devices, in such cases it is useful to make a protection such as a roof on the chiller devices to protect them from rain and dust. Although chiller devices are resistant to outdoor weather conditions such as rain, snow and wind, it is useful to make a protection such as a roof over the chillers, especially to protect the electrical panel from getting wet.
Afterwards, the electrical connection of the building is checked, is it sufficient for the current to be drawn by the device, is the electrical connection of the pump and compressor motor three-phase, is the fuse and cable thickness sufficient for the current to be drawn by the device, etc. technical specifications such as technical specifications are checked and decided according to the situation.
The location of the water to be connected to the chiller device is determined, water-specific properties such as pipe diameters, pressure, cleanliness and hardness of the water to be supplied to the device are determined.
Very hard, acidic, dirty or calcareous water with high acidic properties causes clogging of the pipes in the chiller device and corrosion of the components inside. In such cases, it causes the internal main components of the chillers to malfunction and makes it compulsory to replace them with new ones. The water to be supplied to the device must be analysed well and a filter must be placed at the water inlet of the device. Although the filter prevents small particles and residues from entering the device, it is very difficult to prevent invisible small particles and wastes from mixing into the water, so care should be taken to ensure that the water to be supplied to the device is clean.
