Air Cooling Chiller Devices
The high temperature gas compressed in the compressor is sent to the condenser, it performs heat transfer with the help of condenser batteries with fans on it and transmits the gas above it to the air. Chiller devices with this type of working principle are called air-cooled chillers.
Water Cooling Chiller Devices
The condenser that will perform the heat transfer is not in the form of a battery, but by transferring the high temperature gas from the compressor to the shell&tube condenser via shell&tube or plate heat exchangers, and cooling the gas by taking water from the outside separately. These types of systems are mostly preferred in places where the water cost is low and the energy cost is high.
Plastic Injection Molding Machines
In plastic injection machines, it is shaping the melted plastic raw material by injecting it into a mold with the help of heat and then removing the cooled and solidified material from the mold.
Dryers
These systems and devices are specially designed to minimize energy cost in oil-cooled applications. It is extremely ideal for hydraulic oil cooling of machines that need to be cooled. Since the ambient temperature drops during the winter months, the chiller system cools with less energy cost, thus providing additional gain to the business and reducing the energy cost.
